Ristorante Prosecco is a restaurant located in Prague 9 (right by the Prosek metro station on line C), offering exquisite Italian dishes in both traditional and modern styles. These are complemented by "fusion" influences from other world cuisines featured in their current weekly specials.

Our professional team of chefs, pastry chefs, and staff is ready to serve the finest meals and wines from all regions of Italy, as well as excellent pizza baked in a stone oven—just like in an authentic Italian pizzeria. While you will find a classic pizza & pasta section on our menu, we recommend starting with a small appetizer, followed by the chef's meat or fish specialties. And a must-try is our "signature" dessert from our pastry chefs: the hot shredded pancake (trhanec).

Since opening in 2009, Ristorante Prosecco has grown far beyond the concept of a simple Italian restaurant and pizzeria. Thanks to its location in Prosek, it has become a bridge between the quiet outskirts of Prague and the easily accessible city center, just a few minutes away by metro.
